From the second set of home jerseys, worn from January 6 to April 4, 2017, Calvin Pickard tended the net in 12 of those 16 games. The jersey shows good overall wear, with random black marks throughout. The crest has several decent marks, and the sleeves show several prominent marks. This is from the last home set distributed by the team prior to Pickard being selected by Vegas in the 2017 expansion draft. The NHL Centennial patch is located on the right sleeve below the sleeve numbers. The jersey is accompanied by the Avalanche COA.

Calvin Pickard was born on April 15, 1992 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The product of the WHL’s Seattle Thunderbirds was drafted in the second round, 49th overall, by the Colorado Avalanche in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft.
During his stint with the Thunderbirds, Pickard was named to the WHL West First All-Star Team in 2010 and named to the WHL West Second All-Star Team in 2011. Once his four years were up in the WHL he would join the Avalanche organization where he was assigned to their AHL affiliate, the Lake Erie Monsters.
Pickard would spend two full seasons in the AHL before getting his first chance with the Avalanche on October 16, 2014. Pickard would replace an injured Reto Berra in a 5-3 loss to the Ottawa Senators. He played 16 games in the regular season, putting up a record of 6-7-3.
In 2016-2017, Pickard played in an NHL career-high 50 games for Colorado, posting a 15-31-2, with a 2.98 GAA and a .904 save percentage.
He was selected by Vegas as the first pick in the 2017 Expansion Draft on June 21, 2017.
